Privacy Policy

Draft for owner and legal review · 19 October 2026

This draft concerns the Zelantrix website, public research and blog pages, founder enquiries and private team administration. Zelantrix, Inc. is registered in Delaware and operates from India.

1. Scope and contact

Separate agreements and notices are needed for factory deployments, robot observations, customer projects or product services; this website policy does not authorise collection of workplace or robot-camera data. Zelpi and external research sites are governed by their own notices.

A dedicated privacy address and registered street address have not yet been supplied. For now, privacy enquiries can be directed to an existing founder contact listed on the Contact page. This is not a representation that a statutory privacy representative or grievance officer has been appointed.

2. Information involved

  • Browsing: requests to hosting, font and content services expose technical connection information such as IP address and requested resources; provider logging and retention need confirmation.
  • Enquiries: if you email a founder, your email address and information you choose to send are part of that correspondence. The Query page opens your email application; it does not submit a stored website ticket.
  • Team administration: sign-in and administrative activity use email, authentication details, IP information and action records. Research uploads and blog drafts contain information supplied by the team.
  • Choices: browser storage remembers consent settings and supports private team sign-in.

Public research links do not display uploader email addresses. Blog posts can display author names. Do not send passwords, identity documents, health information, confidential factory data or other sensitive material through a general enquiry.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

Information is involved in delivering pages and PDFs, responding to correspondence, securing team access, recording administrative actions and remembering privacy choices. Optional preference and analytics categories remain inactive in application code.

Where a law requires a legal basis, it must be assessed for each activity: for example consent for optional storage, a requested pre-contractual response, or legitimate interests for necessary security where that ground is permitted. A website visit is not blanket consent to unrelated processing. Indian processing grounds and any required notice or consent must be assessed under the provisions in force for the relevant activity.

4. Services and disclosures

The website uses Lovable Cloud for content and administration and Google Fonts for typography. Team members can use AI assistance to refine a blog draft, which sends the supplied draft text to the AI service. A provider list, contractual roles and actual service retention must be verified before this policy is adopted. Information may also need to be provided in response to a valid legal requirement, subject to applicable law.

We do not infer sale, advertising sharing, provider retention or international safeguards from a lack of tracking code. Those operational facts require confirmation.

5. Retention and international processing

Consent settings expire after 180 days. Admin sign-in uses tab-scoped storage; signing out removes the application’s admin token. These browser lifetimes are not retention periods for server records. Retention periods for correspondence, security logs, uploads, backups and service-provider records still need to be established.

Operations in India and service providers may involve processing outside your country. Destination countries and any required transfer mechanism—such as an adequacy decision or contractual safeguards—must be confirmed for each applicable transfer. Delaware registration does not establish where every service stores data.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location and the law’s scope, you may have rights to information, access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent or appeal. These rights are not identical worldwide and can be subject to lawful exceptions and proportionate identity verification.

  • EU/EEA and UK: where their privacy laws apply, you may request applicable rights and complain to the competent supervisory authority.
  • India: applicable rights and grievance processes depend on the provisions in force, their commencement schedule and the processing concerned. These can include access to information, correction, erasure, grievance redressal and nomination.
  • United States and elsewhere: state or national privacy rights, including relevant opt-out and appeal rights, apply only where the organisation and activity are covered. California rights are not triggered solely by Delaware incorporation.

Use Query to prepare a request or see Grievance Redressal. Include the country whose rights you wish to exercise and enough context to locate the information, without attaching sensitive proof initially. No fee, deadline or eligibility restriction in this draft overrides mandatory law.

7. Children, changes and cookies

The website is intended for professional research audiences, not directed to children. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, contact the founders; any age-specific obligations must be assessed under applicable law. Material changes should be reflected in this notice and communicated or consented to where required. See the Cookie Policy for browser controls.
