Cookie Policy
Draft for owner and legal review · 19 October 2026
This policy explains cookies and similar browser storage on Zelantrix’s informational physical AI research website. Zelantrix, Inc. is registered in Delaware and operates from India.
1. Cookies and similar storage
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Local storage persists between visits, while session storage is scoped to a browser tab. This policy covers these technologies together; the consent popup also controls optional categories.
2. Necessary storage
- Cookie choice: the local-storage entry “zelantrix-cookie-choice” records the date, version and category choices for up to 180 days. It does not contain your name or email.
- Team sign-in: “zx-admin-token” is stored in session storage for the private admin area. Sign-out removes it. Authentication services may use additional storage when their sign-in features are used.
Necessary storage is not controlled by optional toggles. You can remove it in your browser, but doing so may reset your preferences or interrupt sign-in.
3. Optional categories
No optional preference or analytics cookies are currently activated by the website’s application code. Preference storage would remember personalised settings; analytics would measure website usage. Your saved choice does not itself install a tracker. Advertising cookies are not offered in this consent manager.
New optional integrations must respect your choice before operating. A materially different purpose or category requires an updated notice and, where required, fresh consent rather than relying on an old choice.
4. Choosing and withdrawing consent
“Necessary Cookies Only” declines both optional categories. “Accept All Cookies” allows both. “Configure Cookies” lets you choose separately, with optional categories off by default. You can change or withdraw your choice below or in the footer; consent is not required to read public research.
5. External services
The site loads Google Fonts and uses hosting and content-delivery services. These services receive connection information when requested; a cookie choice is not a blanket block on all internet requests. External research links, Zelpi and social sites have their own policies, which apply when you visit them. Hosting-level storage and service practices must be reviewed separately before this draft is finalised.
6. Browser controls and questions
Browser settings can block or delete storage. The popup appears whenever you open the website newly or refresh a page, even if you already saved a choice. Your saved preferences remain in effect until you change them or they expire. If saving is blocked, the popup remains visible. For questions, use Query or the existing founder contacts on our Contact page. Read our Privacy Policy for information about personal data.
